Gurudev, thank you for getting me out of clinical anxiety and depression. After sharing my problem with you, within a few months my medicines stopped, my insomnia disappeared. I live a normal life now. I take new responsibilities and embrace new experiences. Your blessings, spiritual practices and knowledge helped me sail through my mental and emotional issues. Thank you Gurudev. After doing the volunteering training program, I have a new outlook at life. I think about how to serve the society instead of always focusing on me. This doesn’t let me sink into depression and I feel happier with every passing day!
